The North Georgia Film Office was established in 2016 to provide coordination and leadership by serving as the liaison between businesses, the film production industry and local and regional partner agencies in North Georgia.The Film Office provides location scouting assistance, liaison services with industry crew, facilities and services, augmentation research, liaison with the community and government, permitting, marketing and advertising, a vision for the long-term and sustainability for the film and entertainment industry in North Georgia
