The Previsualization Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and development of previsualization, or previs, Members are engaged with the use of previs around the world within such fields as feature film, television, commercials, games, visualization and architecture. The Previsualization Society promotes effective applications, standards and practices, education and practical knowledge exchange. What is Previs? Previs is a collaborative process that generates preliminary versions of shots or sequences, predominantly using 3D animation tools and a virtual environment.
