The machines, sold worldwide, are used for cutting, machining, and prototyping by many industries, including: Custom Prop Makers, Set Construction, Sign Shops, Theme Parks, Architecture, and Aerospace Industries.
Foamlinx machines are ideal for cutting and machining endless designs and elements. These include Crown Molding, Columns, Medallions and other architectural facades, Props, Prototypes, Mock-Up, Arches, Signs, Logos, Letters, Museum Exhibits, Event Decor, Company Logos, Foam Sculptures, Statues, Surf Boards, Displays, and more.
All of the foam cutters machines are easy to assemble and use, with most being operational in less than an hour. The machines are designed for continuous use, accompanied by accuracy, precision and durability.
Foam Projects
Foamlinx Foam Cutting Machines can create an endless vatiety of design elements from few inches to life-size planes, automobiles, boats, or any over-size products. These products can be hard coated, painted, poured concrete over to create molds, covered in carbon or fiberglass, wrapped with vinyl prints, added with LED or Marquee lights or decorated in any way.

Set-Up
All Hot Wire CNC Foam Cutters are designed to be set up in less than 1 hour, with most delivered fully assembled. Foamlinx provides remote set-up and training from their California facility, or training and tutorial at the customers location.
